Diagnosis and execution, in the same hands.

Three ways in. Most engagements start with the audit, because committing to a rebuild before knowing which layer is broken is how budgets get spent on the wrong problem.

Search Audit

A structured diagnostic across the whole surface, not just your site.

We work through five layers in order: whether you can be found, whether search engines and language models understand what you do, whether you appear in the answers that matter, whether the experience after the click matches the intent, and whether any of it turns into business.

The audit covers sources you own and sources you don't. Your site and your content, but also reviews, social, third-party mentions, and what the models actually return when someone asks about you. Most audits stop at the first category, which is why their recommendations never explain the gap between a technically clean site and a brand that still looks wrong in an AI answer.

You get a prioritised plan, ordered by what moves first rather than by what is easiest to list. Not a backlog of tickets, and not a scored checklist.

What you get

  • Five-layer diagnostic with findings ranked by impact
  • What Google, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity currently say about you, and which sources drive it
  • Entity and structured data review
  • Architecture and internal linking assessment
  • Conversion path review on the pages that matter
  • A sequenced plan, with what we would do first and why

Start here when organic is flat, when you depend too heavily on paid, or when you have never checked what the models say about you.

Search & Content Architecture

Entity clarity, information architecture and structured data, so machines describe you the way you would.

Search engines and language models both work from a definition of what your business is. That definition is assembled from your site structure, your structured data, your content, and everything published about you elsewhere. When those disagree, the answer a model returns is whichever source it trusts most, and it is often not yours.

This is the work of making one consistent, accurate, machine-readable account of the business exist everywhere it is read. Information architecture that matches how people actually search, entity signals that stay consistent across surfaces, structured data you own rather than inherit from a plugin, and content built around real demand rather than a keyword list.

What you get

  • Information architecture and URL structure
  • Entity definition and consistency across surfaces
  • Structured data implementation
  • Content architecture mapped to real search demand
  • Internal linking and authority distribution
  • Migration and redirect mapping when the structure changes

The right next step after an audit, and the necessary one before a rebrand, a migration, a new product line or a new market.

Web Redesign & Experience

UX and interface work that makes content easier to use and easier for machines to read.

Good UX and machine comprehension turn out to be the same problem wearing two hats. A page a person can scan quickly is usually a page a model can summarise correctly: clear hierarchy, headings that describe what follows, the answer near the top rather than buried under preamble, and one page dedicated to one thing. Design decisions made for readability are also the ones that make content extractable.

So the redesign is not a coat of paint on top of the search work, and it is not a separate web product either. Navigation is rebuilt around how people actually search rather than around the org chart. Templates are designed so content has a structure rather than a shape. The conversion path is treated as part of the search result, because visibility that lands on a page which does not answer the question is worse than no visibility at all.

This is also where most search engagements quietly fail. The audit is sound, the recommendations are correct, and then nothing ships because implementation became someone else's backlog. We do the rebuild ourselves, and it is measured on whether the search and conversion problems actually moved.

What you get

  • UX and interface design, from navigation to page templates
  • Full redesign or targeted rebuilds, depending on what the diagnosis found
  • Content hierarchy built for scanning and for extraction
  • Conversion path and landing page work
  • Core Web Vitals and performance
  • Structured data shipped, not just specified

When the site works against the search work: unclear structure, pages that don't answer the query that brought the visit, or a design that buries what people came for.
