Why 7-Day Delivery Actually Works

VIMT Agency

Most agencies quote 4 to 8 weeks for a new website. Not because the work takes that long — because the process is bloated with redundant revision loops, slow handoffs, and legacy tooling.

We rebuilt the process from the ground up around three principles:

1. A fixed architectural plan

Before a single line of code is written, we lock in scope, sitemap, and content structure. No moving targets, no scope creep mid-build.

2. AI-assisted implementation

We use Claude Code and modern frameworks like Next.js and Astro to eliminate boilerplate. What used to take a developer three days of setup now takes an afternoon.

3. One clean revision cycle

Instead of endless back-and-forth, we batch feedback into a single structured revision pass before launch.

The result: a site that would traditionally take 6 weeks, delivered in 7 days — without cutting corners on performance or design.
